I hope all my blog readers are doing well, happy and safe in their lives. I trust that readers always enjoy reading my blogs on travel and politics. So, today I came up with the Topic for Jobseekers in Dubai. As nowadays People want to make their career in Dubai and they are correct at their ways because UAE is a continues growing country, it developed so fast. One of the leading countries in tourism. One of the Safest countries in the world to live with highest luxuries. Government provides lots of different facilities to different earning class expat. So, searching Job in UAE and chose this country for living is a great idea, nothing is better than that.

So, I always promote UAE Tourism Through my blogs and my YouTube channel. However, today I am writing about Jobseekers in UAE. As I said, UAE is a best country for tourism, for living and for Jobs. This is not at all a new information. Whole world knows this fact. Hence, every day lots of people coming in UAE from different corner of the world. Therefore, some of the fraud expat take advantage of them. I, being a UAE resident come across through a same fraudster, Become a victim of Scam running through a company name Al Aidy Al Mahirah Employment and Manpower Supply Service.

Today, I will write less and provide you different links to confirm reality of such service provider and know the fact that how they make innocent people fool. How they play with a Dream and hope of Needy people. Most of the victims are from India, Pakistan and Bangladesh. Others are also their from different countries like Philippines, Russian, African etc. However, I have Idea about Asian region people that mostly they are coming from lower middle-class families and sometimes they borrow money, they sold their lands, their peers jewellery to land in UAE in search of their bread butter.

There is no system in UAE where you need to Pay to any manpower service or consultancy for search a job. Although, Service provider like Al Aidy AL Mahirah will tell you to pay and in return they will search a job for you. They will show you government approval, they will give receipt, they will give promise that incase they will not provide you Job then they will refund your money. However, they will never provide you a Job nor return your Money.

This heartless greedy people take advantage of all your need and your limited visa duration. They will thug you by their frauds, then give you false location where you never ever find an employer or any job vacancy. They will just waste your time and you will lose hope and time both. Also, in the process you will lose more money as travel expense in search of false locations. This way, they will Harras you mentally and Physically both. When you got tried and go to them and ask for refund as they didn’t provide you a Job then they will show their new and true face by threatening you, sometimes they beat people too as per information available in internet, you can find the link for that reference. I have a horrible experience with them they yield on me then when i try to take video of their behaviour for police complain then they follow me and try to stop me near the lift. I registered complaint about them. I have no idea what happened next. But this is my small attempt to save people through create awareness. I am writing this blog to sake of Allah Almighty with a full Niyat of Highest Rewards from Allah in return to save people from this fraudster.

Kindly, refer below links and Be Smart, Be Alert, Be Aware…. Save yourself from such Scammers and fraudster. Who are ready to thug your hard-earned Halal money in their Haram ways at every step of life.

If you are already a victim of such Scam then trust Allah, Allah is so Just. If you will not get justice by worldly system then Allah is seeing all these things and He will surely provide you justice. They may save their selves by their fraud and lies in this world, but they have to answer on the day of Judgment. I told them that i am giving you this money as a Sadqah of myself and mykids and I mean that. Unfortunately, I have no such time to go through a lengthy processes, but I am trying my best to save others from this scams.

Also, there are lots of complains about them available but still they are running these false services. If some action taken against them before then me and many more can be saved. So, in spite of less time I am trying to high light this issue to respected authorities. Just make a Dua that Allah give me success in this good cause, and I can earn rewards by saving people in future from such frauds.

Let’s start with few questions. Really?, How? Is it possible to Increase population of Muslims than Hindu in India? Is there any holy book of any religion defined the restriction on numbers of births? Answer is “NO”. Before one generation, people used to have more kids in compare to the recent time. There was nothing like family planning due to various reasons such as unawareness, less education level, etc. Exact representation had been made in Bollywood movie “Saand ki Aankh” released in 2019. If someone has seen it, then on can understand in few minutes that how people were so opposed to any birth prevention method because they were not aware about facts. It is nothing to do with any religion for this matter. There is no exact number of child birth defined in Islam as well. Though, There is a biggest propaganda of some Indian Political party to spread this fallacy information as a part of their dirty politics to create fear in the people of particular religion and increase communal haters between the people.

Yes, there is an important of child birth in Islam. Pregnancy, childbirth and breastfeeding are processes for which women are rewarded by Almighty, Prophet Muḥammad (Peace Be Upon Him), said : ‘When a woman is pregnant, she has the reward of someone who spends the whole night praying and the whole day fasting; when the contractions strike her, no one knows how much reward God gives her for having to go through this, and when she delivers her child, then for every suck it draws from her, she receives the reward for keeping a soul alive. The Prophet Muḥammad also stated that if a woman dies in childbirth, she is counted as a martyr; the reward for martyrdom is Paradise.

I strongly believe that the reward specified for mother in Islam is a right of any woman. she definitely deserves it. I cannot see anything wrong in it. It is great for every women to have at least one kid in a life to have reward defined in Islam for pregnancy. Other than this, Quran defines a child birth cycle in Surah 16:4, Surah 75:37, Surah 76:2, Surah 22:5, Surah 23:14, Surah75:37-38, Surah 39:6, Surah 86:6-7. These all references in Holy Quran have defined the creation of mankind and not the number of births one has to give as a mankind.

We can see multiple kids in the people of every religion and the reason is simple, it is about generation change and to understand it in the easiest way, kindly refer below Birth Rate and Death Rate in India as per United Nations, World Population Prospects : The 2015 Revision – India.

Number of children born per thousand persons in a year is called birth rate same as Number of persons dying per thousand in a year is called death rate. We can clearly see from table that generation wise birth rate is decreased because of awareness of birth prevention methods and family planning amongst the Indian citizens. The same can be seen also from No. of Children per Woman. Further, Birth ratio is decreasing but population is increasing because the main factor we can see is the fall in death rate due to improvement in medical facilities. The actual data proven that it is all about change in thinking for adoption of family planning which came with change of generations in India and nothing to do with any religion. The linkage of number of kids in amongst the muslim population in India is nothing but a pure false propaganda of ruling political party.

4 wives allowed in Islam, Is it major issue for Indian people?

No, never. It is not at all an issue for Indians because Indian people need Employment, Healthy economy, Better Medication and education systems and so many on which we have to work religiously for development and growth of our nation. However, just to mislead the Indians from the real issues, some political parties started new agenda since last 6 years. They are spreading a big lie to generate hatred towards Muslims in the heart of Hindu by misleading them about concept of multiple wives and more kids in Islam. They are spreading false propaganda by giving incorrect information. Brainy people are laughing on this thought but I feel sorry to say that many of innocents are believing in this theory.

Before to say something on the multiple wives in Islam, there is a need to understand Islam in depth. Islam came with the very first person on the earth, Prophet Aadam (PBUH) and Allah guide him to believe in one God & worship only Almighty Allah. The same message has been given by Almighty to all Prophets such as Noah, Shish, Ibrahim, Suleman, Yakub, Yusuf, Yunus, Ilyas, Zakariya etc (Peace be upon all of them). It is evident in the Quran
that whenever people followed the wrong path, Almighty had sent a Prophet to the people to show them the right path. Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) is last among them. Islam is the oldest religion on the earth. However, Islamic calendar begun when Prophet Mohammed (Peace be upon him) did his first journey from Mecca to Madina before 1441 years ago.

Elaborating further, Almighty had sent a religious book named Zubur through Prophet Dawood (PBUH), Torah through Prophet Musa (PBUH), Injil (Bible) through Prophet Isa (PBUP (Jesus)) and the last religious book Quran sent through Prophet Mohammed (PBUH). So, unlike to Jews who stopped at Prophet Musa (PBUH) and book given to him, Christians who stopped at Jesus and book given to him, Muslims believed that Mohammed is a last Messenger and Quran is final version of all religious book.

Now, Let’s have some clarity on multiple wives concept. Before birth of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), people used to marry many times. There are so many examples in history but there is no need of hurt sentiments by explaining this history in detail. So when Mohammed came, Allah sent a message through him to prohibited more than 4 wives on mankind because man cannot do justice among them, if they are more in numbers, again put force to marry with only one if man fears to do justice with two. (Surah Al nisa, Ayat number 3). In every book message came as per the condition of that era and this message had also came as per the condition of during that time. There were so many martyrs who leaves behind their wife and children without any financial backup. Hence, to support the family of martyrs the message comes from Allah to marry with widow of martyrs or marry with orphan
(daughter of martyrs) and take full responsibility of their families. Before Prophet Mohammed era, people were not treating widow respectfully and the marriage of orphan girls were so difficult. Thus, such message was given by Almighty to show right path and to improve the mentality of people towards widows and orphans.

In a present day, we are living in the era where we have already grown up to the stage where we know to give respect to widow or orphans. Hence, we have to focus on final command of Allah to “marry only one” where the man fears being unable to fulfill the rights of all his wives in a fair manner. Accordingly, we can barely see a man with multiple wives now a days.
May be 1 out of 1000. It may be in any religion; therefore, it is not justifiable to spreading unnecessary rumors about Islam or followers of Islam. You cannot judge a whole community on the basis of one person of that community.

Think wisely instead of follow blindly…

Will shortly come with the blog on rumors about More kids of Indian Muslims by some of the politicians. The purpose of this rumors is to create fear about population of Muslims in India.

Happy women’s day to all women in this world

Women is a broad subject to think, write and discuss. It is a big task when you think to write something on women like where to start, how to start, where to end etc. I think there is no need of discussion of women safety, women empowerment, women rights, women equality because there is so much to discuss and write on these subjects. Today I want to talk on the subject which we never think and if we start to think in this direction which I am going to write then, this world will become a better place for women. As a woman, we always need a change from society but we never think to start a change from our side. We never thought that if someone really change the society then only a woman can do that change as a mother or as a sister, may be as a friend.

A Mother plays a key role in a development or growth of her child in this world. A Mother is women who can develop her son in a manner by which a child learn to give respect to women, can give equality to women, can provide safety to women. In this society, there are also exception, where husband is not giving respect to his wife but is it related to upbringing of Husband? May be or may not be. Even if “may be chances is 1%, then also, how can we expect change in society? The message here is as a Mother, she can teach her child to respect his wife, his female friends and colleagues at a same way she is teaching a kid to respect herself. This is a small step but can make huge difference in society.

Many of mother in laws give advice to their daughter in law that male are like that only, all male have hyper temper, all are using abusive words, They work a lot and frustrated due to their office work that’s why they become aggressive in front of their wife. They consider that it is normal. Is this a fair practice? obviously not, we are making a culture by doing take things in a light or routine manner. We have to take this small small things seriously for betterment of society. Your wife is your life partner and not your property whom you can use as you needed. We have to teach this to our sons to provide a healthy and happy environment not only to our daughter-in-laws but our daughters too.

Be a part of change and start from your own home as a mother of child. Just think! can we not create a good and healthy environment in our society for other woman? As a mother we can do this change through awareness for next generation. Nothing can be changed in a second, in minute or a day. Every change will take time, let’s initiate so we can do it for betterment of whole society by changing our thought process from today.

On a contrary, we all know very well to grow a daughter but here I just want to add that don’t unnecessarily force her to learn house hold things because it is not a big deal now a days. Give her liberty to do the things in which she is interested and don’t put a society thoughts on her brain. People will think what they want to, we need not to think what they are thinking or they will think. Don’t advice her to let go the things and make habit to bear some pain just because she is woman. Yes she is woman and a normal human being with more emotionally senses than men. Make her independent and encourage her to take every toughest decision in her life.

These are only my suggestions one can do and apply in the routine life if they found it correct and wish a positive changes for women in society and our own family. We can not change yesterday but we can today and tomorrow. Instead of expect from men for a create better society for women let’s try by ourselves.

CAB / CAA Question of illegal Immigrant or Question of religious discrimination??

Offcourse it is question of religious discrimination. if it is question of illegal migrant then government should allow all religions including Islam and not few religions. What is intention of government for not allowing to followers of Islam??

Many people are thinking that it is question of illegal migrant. This is why i decided to put light on subject by this blog.

Indian Government has decided to provide citizenship to illegal migrant of specific religions excluding Islam. Again my question is why? Illegal migrant are illegal migrant. if you want to provide citizenship to them then provide to all or don’t do otherwise to all. Why such discrimination on the basis of religion? Rules and laws must not be on the basis of religion. If all countries of this world will start to make rules and laws on the basis of religion then whole world will be separated by religious beliefs.

Think, if all Islamic countries will come up with new law that we will provide jobs to people of few countries excluding India because India is developing country and goverment is capable to generate the job within India. Then what? Are Indian working in Islamic countries feel good? Economy of India will go down speedily and Indian government will not able to provide enough employment. What will happen to Indian working in many Islamic countries? What will be Indian government’s position, if Islamic countries will pass such law? Many Hindus are supporting to CAA just because it is against Muslim but they forgot that many of their relatives and friends are working in Islamic countries. If one hate Islam too much then I think one should not allow himself or his family to earn in Islamic country. Isn’t it? It is also against to Indian constitution. NRC should be done but in a fair manner and not with a filter of CAA. Because in that case they will include all people in line with the help of CAA except Muslims. Not only non-indian but also indian muslims may be suffer in detention centers if they do not find documents of their parents or grand parents. Hindu will also suffer in a process of documentation like they suffered in demonitization but later or sooner they cleared the process in line with CAA. What about Muslims? What if some poor Muslims lost their parents birth certificates in flood or in riots or in any tragedy? What if their parents born at home and not in hospital? Are you going to prove them illegal migrant after that? This whole process is baseless and totally unfair.

Recently, in Delhi riots home of many Muslims have been burnt by the rioters. So, in that case do you think they take all their documents from burning homes before leave? Here, my views and question to indian government.

I am an Indian by birth, having birth certificate issued by birth registrar, Aadhar card, PAN card and in fact, I got my
first passport at the age of 5. I can very well prove my citizenship but do I have to?

The country wherein two third of population is struggling to earn bread on day to day basis. In many of villages,
there is no facility of hospital and child birth is in home with the help of intern, do you think they have their
birth certificates? Many a times flood comes and many of people become homeless, riots happened and many of houses are burnt by rioters, do you think that they are
running with all documents they have? So, what about them? If you include a particular community in the shadow of
CAA and eliminate a particular people who are following Islam. Is it justice? Is it not attack on secular India? Is this
democratic country, when on the daily basis voice of people quieten by government?

Here are my few questions regarding the CAA and before the questions I want to highlight the constitution of India.

WE, THE PEOPLE OF INDIA, having solemnly resolved to constitute India into a SOVEREIGN SOCIALIST SECULAR
DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC and to secure to all its citizens: JUSTICE, social, economic and political; LIBERTY of thought,
expression, belief, faith and worship; EQUALITY of status and of opportunity; and to promote among them all
FRATERNITY assuring the dignity of the individual and the unity and integrity of the Nation; IN OUR CONSTITUENT
ASSEMBLY this twenty sixth day of November, 1949, do HEREBY ADOPT, ENACT AND GIVE TO OURSELVES THIS
constitution.

And this is Act number 14. Right to Equality: The State shall not deny to any person equality before the law or the
equal protection of the laws within the territory of India.

Now CAA, CAA seeks to provide Indian citizenship to Non-Muslim refugees coming from Pakistan, Bangladesh and
Afghanistan after facing religious persecution there. As per me this is direct attack on our secularism. You cannot make a law on the basis of religion.

First question, why not Muslims? Why this religion base discrimination? We are insulting our constitution, if we are doing so.

Second question, how are you going to prove that they are religiously persecuted people?

Third question, if persecution is your point then what about other neighborhoods of India in which people are facing
religious persecution, Muslims are minority in Nepal, Srilanka, China, Bhutan, and there is a history of persecution
of Muslims in Myanmar that continues to the present day, where are the Rohingyas in your new Act? If persecution
is the point, then please add this people also.

My appeal to the BJP government that Stop discrimination on the name of religion. Stop shameful dirty politics
behind barricade of religion.

I request you, do not destroy our beautiful nation on the name of religion. Our unity is a beauty of our nation.
From Divide and rule policy you may win elections, you might get success by dividing us but in the process, you will destroy nation.

Last but not the least “Stop persecution of minorities in your own country on the name of persecution of minorities in other
country.”

One of the Indian citizen who can prove the citizenship.
