Let’s start with few questions. Really?, How? Is it possible to Increase population of Muslims than Hindu in India? Is there any holy book of any religion defined the restriction on numbers of births? Answer is “NO”. Before one generation, people used to have more kids in compare to the recent time. There was nothing like family planning due to various reasons such as unawareness, less education level, etc. Exact representation had been made in Bollywood movie “Saand ki Aankh” released in 2019. If someone has seen it, then on can understand in few minutes that how people were so opposed to any birth prevention method because they were not aware about facts. It is nothing to do with any religion for this matter. There is no exact number of child birth defined in Islam as well. Though, There is a biggest propaganda of some Indian Political party to spread this fallacy information as a part of their dirty politics to create fear in the people of particular religion and increase communal haters between the people.
Yes, there is an important of child birth in Islam. Pregnancy, childbirth and breastfeeding are processes for which women are rewarded by Almighty, Prophet Muḥammad (Peace Be Upon Him), said : ‘When a woman is pregnant, she has the reward of someone who spends the whole night praying and the whole day fasting; when the contractions strike her, no one knows how much reward God gives her for having to go through this, and when she delivers her child, then for every suck it draws from her, she receives the reward for keeping a soul alive. The Prophet Muḥammad also stated that if a woman dies in childbirth, she is counted as a martyr; the reward for martyrdom is Paradise.
I strongly believe that the reward specified for mother in Islam is a right of any woman. she definitely deserves it. I cannot see anything wrong in it. It is great for every women to have at least one kid in a life to have reward defined in Islam for pregnancy. Other than this, Quran defines a child birth cycle in Surah 16:4, Surah 75:37, Surah 76:2, Surah 22:5, Surah 23:14, Surah75:37-38, Surah 39:6, Surah 86:6-7. These all references in Holy Quran have defined the creation of mankind and not the number of births one has to give as a mankind.
We can see multiple kids in the people of every religion and the reason is simple, it is about generation change and to understand it in the easiest way, kindly refer below Birth Rate and Death Rate in India as per United Nations, World Population Prospects : The 2015 Revision – India.

Number of children born per thousand persons in a year is called birth rate same as Number of persons dying per thousand in a year is called death rate. We can clearly see from table that generation wise birth rate is decreased because of awareness of birth prevention methods and family planning amongst the Indian citizens. The same can be seen also from No. of Children per Woman. Further, Birth ratio is decreasing but population is increasing because the main factor we can see is the fall in death rate due to improvement in medical facilities. The actual data proven that it is all about change in thinking for adoption of family planning which came with change of generations in India and nothing to do with any religion. The linkage of number of kids in amongst the muslim population in India is nothing but a pure false propaganda of ruling political party.
