Offcourse it is question of religious discrimination. if it is question of illegal migrant then government should allow all religions including Islam and not few religions. What is intention of government for not allowing to followers of Islam??
Many people are thinking that it is question of illegal migrant. This is why i decided to put light on subject by this blog.
Indian Government has decided to provide citizenship to illegal migrant of specific religions excluding Islam. Again my question is why? Illegal migrant are illegal migrant. if you want to provide citizenship to them then provide to all or don’t do otherwise to all. Why such discrimination on the basis of religion? Rules and laws must not be on the basis of religion. If all countries of this world will start to make rules and laws on the basis of religion then whole world will be separated by religious beliefs.
Think, if all Islamic countries will come up with new law that we will provide jobs to people of few countries excluding India because India is developing country and goverment is capable to generate the job within India. Then what? Are Indian working in Islamic countries feel good? Economy of India will go down speedily and Indian government will not able to provide enough employment. What will happen to Indian working in many Islamic countries? What will be Indian government’s position, if Islamic countries will pass such law? Many Hindus are supporting to CAA just because it is against Muslim but they forgot that many of their relatives and friends are working in Islamic countries. If one hate Islam too much then I think one should not allow himself or his family to earn in Islamic country. Isn’t it? It is also against to Indian constitution. NRC should be done but in a fair manner and not with a filter of CAA. Because in that case they will include all people in line with the help of CAA except Muslims. Not only non-indian but also indian muslims may be suffer in detention centers if they do not find documents of their parents or grand parents. Hindu will also suffer in a process of documentation like they suffered in demonitization but later or sooner they cleared the process in line with CAA. What about Muslims? What if some poor Muslims lost their parents birth certificates in flood or in riots or in any tragedy? What if their parents born at home and not in hospital? Are you going to prove them illegal migrant after that? This whole process is baseless and totally unfair.
Recently, in Delhi riots home of many Muslims have been burnt by the rioters. So, in that case do you think they take all their documents from burning homes before leave? Here, my views and question to indian government.
I am an Indian by birth, having birth certificate issued by birth registrar, Aadhar card, PAN card and in fact, I got my
first passport at the age of 5. I can very well prove my citizenship but do I have to?
The country wherein two third of population is struggling to earn bread on day to day basis. In many of villages,
there is no facility of hospital and child birth is in home with the help of intern, do you think they have their
birth certificates? Many a times flood comes and many of people become homeless, riots happened and many of houses are burnt by rioters, do you think that they are
running with all documents they have? So, what about them? If you include a particular community in the shadow of
CAA and eliminate a particular people who are following Islam. Is it justice? Is it not attack on secular India? Is this
democratic country, when on the daily basis voice of people quieten by government?
Here are my few questions regarding the CAA and before the questions I want to highlight the constitution of India.
WE, THE PEOPLE OF INDIA, having solemnly resolved to constitute India into a SOVEREIGN SOCIALIST SECULAR
DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC and to secure to all its citizens: JUSTICE, social, economic and political; LIBERTY of thought,
expression, belief, faith and worship; EQUALITY of status and of opportunity; and to promote among them all
FRATERNITY assuring the dignity of the individual and the unity and integrity of the Nation; IN OUR CONSTITUENT
ASSEMBLY this twenty sixth day of November, 1949, do HEREBY ADOPT, ENACT AND GIVE TO OURSELVES THIS
constitution.
And this is Act number 14. Right to Equality: The State shall not deny to any person equality before the law or the
equal protection of the laws within the territory of India.
Now CAA, CAA seeks to provide Indian citizenship to Non-Muslim refugees coming from Pakistan, Bangladesh and
Afghanistan after facing religious persecution there. As per me this is direct attack on our secularism. You cannot make a law on the basis of religion.
First question, why not Muslims? Why this religion base discrimination? We are insulting our constitution, if we are doing so.
Second question, how are you going to prove that they are religiously persecuted people?
Third question, if persecution is your point then what about other neighborhoods of India in which people are facing
religious persecution, Muslims are minority in Nepal, Srilanka, China, Bhutan, and there is a history of persecution
of Muslims in Myanmar that continues to the present day, where are the Rohingyas in your new Act? If persecution
is the point, then please add this people also.
My appeal to the BJP government that Stop discrimination on the name of religion. Stop shameful dirty politics
behind barricade of religion.
I request you, do not destroy our beautiful nation on the name of religion. Our unity is a beauty of our nation.
From Divide and rule policy you may win elections, you might get success by dividing us but in the process, you will destroy nation.
Last but not the least “Stop persecution of minorities in your own country on the name of persecution of minorities in other
country.”
One of the Indian citizen who can prove the citizenship.
